A survey and report more suited to a relatively newly built property. This survey is considered to be relatively low in detail and we would not recommend this type of survey for properties over 20 years old.
A comprehensive and detailed inspection with an accompanying report which will include for budget costs for urgent defects. Simple to understand and can be used to negotiate the reduction in the value of a property.
We offer a full architectural design package from your Planning Application drawings through to your Building Regulations Application.
We can also provide construction and detail drawings for use by your builder on site during the construction process.
Furthermore, we can prepare bespoke construction contracts to suit your particular project.
We can manage the contractual obligations between you and your builder under the terms of your contract.
We are able to manage contractual conflicts as they arise whilst ensuring the project continues to progress on site.
Careful tracking of project costs are also part of this service and we provide regular financial reports and value claims for progress payments in line with the contract.
All non-domestic properties which employ 5 or more people require a fire risk assessment to be carried out on a regular basis to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Our FRA culminates in a comprehensive report detailing the risks to life with a risk reducing action plan bespoke to the use of the building.
We can determine whether work falls within the scope of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and offer advice and guidance on how to comply with the Act to ensure your project remains lawful.
We can work with either Building Owners or Adjoining Owners.
